We have so many new things to talk about at the Grab and Go. Hi, I’m Alisha Collins.
And I’m Maggie King.
And you are the owner.
[Maggie] I’m the owner of Grab an Go Gourmet.
[Alisha] And the chef.
[Maggie] And the chef.
So tell us, we’re in a new location.
Yes.
And it’s completely new. So tell us a little bit about it.
Okay. So we moved to 611 West Collins from our Walcott location. And we have much more space. It’s new. It’s fresh. We’ve got a really um current–
Good vibe.
Yeah, like a real current, fun vibe. And we are doing some new things. We have breakfast starting 7:30, Monday through Friday. Gorgeous breakfast sandwiches on bagels, lots of choices. And also, the newest thing and that nobody really knows about yet is we are doing once a month dinners. They’re five courses. Urban Bottle is pairing every course with a wine. Music, all kinds of fun things and those are gonna start right after the holidays.
Awesome. And so you buy tickets for it? Or how does that work?
Yep, we’re going to take reservations and cut off the reservations one week prior to the date so that we can get all the specialty foods in. We’ve been order, we’ve been practicing. We’ve done two practices. And we are getting as much as we can from Wyoming, pork, beef, chicken, everything we can get from Wyoming, we’re getting for those meals.
That’s exciting. A lot, I know a lot of people come in here and grab something on the go.
Yes.
[Alisha] You can eat here too, but they grab it on the go. So what is the fan favorite?
Right now the fan favorite is the 307, or grilled cheese and tomato soup. We have a lot of high schoolers. They love the grilled cheese.
[Alisha] My favorite is the power bowl.
[Maggie] The power bowl. That’s always a good sub.
Local businesses matter to us. And we always want to help them out, so.
Thank you.
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
See ya.
Bye.
