5920 S Walnut Street Casper WY 82601
5 Bed 4.5 Bath 4822 SqFt Home
5 Bed 4.5 Bath 4822 SqFt Home on a 0.74 Acre. Absolutely STUNNING! This one word seriously sums up this entire home and the views from every angle around this home. From the expertly planned custom kitchen with some of the most amazing appliances we’ve ever seen to the custom hardwood floors and the elegant bathrooms, this is a home you don’t want to miss.
This two-story custom-built home is situated on the base of Casper Mountain with views of Casper as well as views of the mountain. The lot is landscaped with mature trees and is laid out in such a way that there is a lot of privacy behind the home. You will love to sit under the pergola and enjoy the view. Upstairs there are four bedrooms on one level. Two, including the master bedroom, have their own bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath. One of my favorite attributes that sets this home apart is that it has two offices on different levels, so it’s perfect for working at home and being out of the hustle and bustle of the household. Another bedroom and bathroom are located in the basement.
– There is one word that sums up this listing, and it is stunning. Hi, I’m Alisha Collins with RE/MAX The Group and the Alisha Collins Real Estate Team, and we are at our newest listing at 5920 South Walnut. I am going to show you my 10 favorite things, and here’s a hint, there’s more than 10. This home has five bedrooms, four and 1/2 bathrooms, a triple car garage, and views you will love.
Number one on my favorites list is how grand this home is. I love the two-story home with the brick on the outside. It wraps around to the sides. The three car garage is wrapped around the corner. So, you just see how beautiful this home is right when you drive up, and there’s two patios in the front that you can sit and look at the view to the east.
The second thing on my favorites list is the layout. You have two different offices, and a lot of us are working from home. So, there’s one between each of the levels. There’s also a den or a library, however you want to use it. A formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen, living room, family room, and lots of space for all your workout gear or anything else you have.
Number three on my list and my very favorite thing about this house is this kitchen. You can just tell how quality these cabinets are. They have the tall upper cabinets, which I absolutely love. This stunning granite with the rough edges, and can you even imagine how amazing it is to cook on this gas range? I know all of you love gas ranges because I hear it all the time. Double oven, a built-in drawer microwave, there’s just so many great things about this kitchen. It opens to the eat-in dining room that I talked about before and the family room.
Number four of my favorite things, flooring. This home has no carpet in it, and the main level is mainly Brazilian tigerwood. The cool thing is the tigerwood is mixed with a travertine that’s in the entry on the way to the laundry room. The Brazilian tigerwood goes up and down on the stairs. Then upstairs there is gorgeous hardwood floors, and downstairs there’s luxury vinyl planking. So, again, no carpet.
The fifth thing on my favorites list is that four of the five bedrooms in this house are all on one level on the second story. All five bedrooms in this home are great sized. All of them have big closets as well.
This leads me to number six, the bathrooms. We got to check them out. This master bathroom might be my very favorite bathroom I’ve ever been in. I love the colors they chose, the tile. I love that the jet tub looks out at the mountain. There’s double sinks, this gorgeous granite countertop, and lots of storage. The other big plus is the large tile shower and the toilet in a room of their room. There’s two bedrooms on the upper level that have their own bathroom, the master and this one as well. It’s updated with granite countertops and a tile surround. And this bathroom is a Jack and Jill bath, so it’s between two bedrooms.
Number seven on my favorites list is this entertaining area. You are going to love having all your friends out here. Can you imagine how many different table setups you can have here?
And it brings me to number eight, the views. You can see all the way across the mountain range, and it is truly stunning.
Number nine on my favorites list, this yard. It is 32,239 square feet, which is almost 3/4 of an acre. And I’m telling you if I could put my horses back here, this house would be mine. Throughout this yard, you will see the signs of a gardener. There are perennials, shrubs, and trees, and they’re absolutely stunning. This home also has lots of RV parking and lots of parking, for that matter.
And number 10 that rounds out our favorites list are all of the upgrades in this home. There is tons of storage. Storage, storage in the laundry room, storage in the formal dining, and lots more everywhere. More extras including a 1/2 bath on the main level with lots of upgrades. There’s an intercom to talk to people in the house. Hey, Carly, my favorite marketing girl.
– Hey, Alisha, my favorite real estate agent.
– There’s a laundry chute from the upstairs to the main level. One more thing I wanted to tell you, and this actually could be number 11, is this wet bar. It is so cute, more storage down here, and one of my favorite features, this is a refrigerator, both drawers. We’d love to show you this home. So, call or text us today. This custom-built home will not last long. Remember, we want you to love where you live. See you soon.
